Greetings Village!

The #Egyptian proverb says, “Put a rope around your neck and many will be happy to drag you along.” This proverb means that if you make yourself vulnerable, people will take advantage of you. It’s a warning to be careful who you trust and to be mindful of your own safety.

In this video, I discuss the meaning of this proverb and share some examples of how it can be applied to our lives.

Join me on the #AFIAPodcast at 6am PST/4pm EAT on YouTube @okelojavan to listen to the full interview and share your thoughts in the comments below.
